Q: What does the quotation include?
A: The quotation is a one-stop full price, covering: original item price, local inland shipping, and international shipping to Hong Kong.
Q: Is this service eligible for the HK$500 free local shipping offer?
A: All "Personal Shopper / Global Sourcing" service orders (i.e., items not listed on our website) are not eligible for the site-wide free shipping offer.
Q: How is the local Hong Kong shipping fee calculated?
A: Local shipping fees (e.g., SF Express) for all personal shopper items are to be paid by the customer upon delivery (Freight Collect).
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Estimated arrival is approximately 14-30 working days after payment is confirmed (subject to local dispatch speed and logistics conditions).
Q: Are returns or exchanges accepted?
A: As items are ordered specifically from overseas at the customer's request, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted once the order is confirmed and paid. A full refund will be provided if the item is out of stock.
